When I was a child, I would always fall victim to the siren’s song of the fast food playpen. Just seeing it out of the car window made me throw a tantrum! But I didn’t want to go to the fast food playpen just to go down the slide a few times and get pushed down by other kids. I was there for the thrill of the Ball Pit. I would pretend to be Indiana Jones searching through the plastic balls looking for buried treasure! I would occasionally find rings that parents lost in there and a few coins that kids dropped. It was there that I wanted to start searching for metal detecting finds!
That’s how I became known as Metal Detecting Man!
